In this course you'll learn about:

Building Production Ready Databases

Understand relational data, not just SQL. Work with real datasets to master joins, aggregations, and data relationships—while learning the limits of structured databases in real‑world use.

Cloud Based Data Services

Move beyond tables with NoSQL and the cloud. Understand document‑based data modelling in MongoDB and how cloud services such as AWS support real‑world data storage and workflows.

AI in Data Pipelines

Use LLMs as part of the data pipeline. Apply large language models to clean, transform, and standardise messy data, and understand how unstructured data fits into modern data engineering workflows.

Each week has it's own project using the skills you've learnt during the week!
